The role involves overseeing nursing department scheduling, including vacations and holidays, ensuring payroll accuracy and maintaining up-to-date schedules. Candidates should have LPN/RN credentials and 3+ years in long-term care, with some management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: LPN/RN credential is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Long Term Care experience.
• Some prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules.
• Coordinate scheduling for nursing services to ensure adequate staffing.
• Plan and schedule staff for nursing units and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to staffing inquiries and maintain scheduling records, including after-hours on-call.
