American Senior Communities is seeking a Nursing Scheduler Coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing levels and high-quality nursing care. The LPN will collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to align schedules with regulatory guidelines and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• State approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana LPN license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules with Executive Director and Director of Nursing.
• Advise and communicate staffing needs and ensure compliance with budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
• Ensure staffing levels meet quality nursing care requirements.
• Maintain effective, timely communication with team members to support resident care.
