Job summary

Hillside Heights is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage the facility's staffing for a defined resident population and time frame, while keeping accurate records for the nursing department.

This full-time position operates 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation. A Texas CNA is required or preferred, and Kronos experience is highly valued for scheduling and payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Knowledge of staffing and orientation schedules.
• Current CNA Certification preferred, not required.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Kronos experience strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs for defined resident population and time frame; maintain records for nursing staffing.
• Create a master schedule; staff nursing units within budgeted hours and staffing ratios.
• Make daily nursing schedules; coordinate with HR/Payroll to ensure time records are accurate.
• Update schedules daily as needed.
