Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Central Supply / Staffing Coordinator to support nursing operations through staffing coordination and central supply management. This role is ideal for an organized CNA with long-term care experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining nursing schedules, coordinating staffing for PTO, sick calls, holidays, and call-offs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Proficiency in Word/Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum long-term care experience.
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic MS Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain nursing schedules (4 weeks posted).
• Coordinate staffing for PTO, sick calls, holidays, and call-offs.
• Ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.
• Verify nursing payroll and attendance accuracy.
• Document OT, floating, schedule changes, and extra shifts.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling records in facility software.
• Assist with onboarding and education scheduling.
• Support central supply inventory and ordering as assigned.
• Fill in with direct care when needed and provide after-hours staffing support.
