An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to support the scheduling needs of nursing staff. This role involves maintaining staffing models, coordinating schedules across various shifts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Full Time: 35-40 hours week/Day shift
GENERAL SCOPE:To maintain the integrity of the established staffing model and to coordinate the scheduling of the staff to meet the care needs of the residents. Additionally, assist with day-to-day clerical duties to support the administrative needs and regulatory requirements for St. Luke Health Servicesas directed.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma required. Associate Degree in Business. Administrative Assistant or equivalent with medical focus preferred. Excellent computer, phone and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with nursing personnel, other departments in the facility and colleagues. Must be able to understand and carry out written and oral instructions. Must be able to prepare staffing schedules and other records in a systematic manner that meets staffing and organizational requirements. Must possess the ability to examine and verify staffing schedules and reports.
