Northcentral Technical College (NTC) seeks a Health Learning Resource Lab (Nursing Skills) Specialist to support the health sciences labs and clinical skills environments. You will apply nursing knowledge to create safe, realistic, and evidence-based learning experiences for nursing and allied health students.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in the State of Wisconsin is required.
• Minimum one year of recent acute care clinical nursing experience is required.
• Associate's Degree (or Equivalent) is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular communication with program directors regarding skills activities and lab preparation.
• Prepare, label, and maintain clinically accurate skills labs and patient-care environments.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment; track restocks and organize labs for efficiency.
• Support faculty and students in accessing lab resources and ensure safe, compliant learning spaces.
• Cross-train to the Simulation Technology Specialist role and assist in departmental operations.
