Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Nursing Lab Specialist to support student success by preparing, assisting, and resetting lab sessions. You will work with the Nursing Lab Manager and faculty to coordinate labs and ensure equipment readiness.

The role involves operating simulators and debrief systems, maintaining lab supplies, and delivering simulated scenarios in alignment with the academic plan, all while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a healthcare-related area or equivalent.
• Previous health care experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructional lab sessions with Nursing Lab Manager and faculty.
• Maintain and purchase nursing lab supplies and special equipment.
• Coordinate updates, service, and replacement of nursing lab equipment.
• Control the simulator for various clinical scenarios per faculty specs.
• Operate the patient simulator, camera, and debrief system during simulations.
• Set up simulation and skills labs to support academic sessions.
• Organize and restock lab supplies.
• Deliver simulated scenarios in line with the academic plan.
• Adhere to safety and standards while performing duties.
