Qualifications

• LPN or RN license is required.
• Two years of full-time nursing or simulation experience preferred.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; creative thinking encouraged.
• Simulation experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operations in collaboration with nursing faculty.
• Manage lab function to orient and guide students.
• Ensure equipment is available for learning experiences.
• Coordinate and supervise labs to teach fundamentals through upper-level skills.
• Provide leadership to campus labs to maintain a positive climate.
• Assist in preparing safe, knowledgeable nursing students.
• Support faculty and students during simulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
