Job summary

Education Affiliates is seeking a Simulation Coordinator -- Nursing to partner with nursing faculty in integrating simulation and clinical skills throughout the nursing curriculum. You will ensure learning outcomes through approved simulation protocols and maintain up-to-date practicum records.

The role requires MSN, an active RN license, and at least three years of nursing education experience, plus strong communication and troubleshooting skills for simulation equipment.

Qualifications

• RN with an active license and current credentials.
• MSN required as minimum degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience.
• Recent classroom/clinical experience in nursing education.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Completed EA simulation training or equivalent orientation.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot simulation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates student learning using EA-approved simulation cases with nursing faculty.
• Provides orientation to the simulation lab for faculty, students and staff.
• Maintains policy and procedure documentation for using the simulation lab.
• Schedules and coordinates simulated learning activities for nursing and interdepartmental simulations.
• Maintains contact with EA Simulation Council and Director of Simulation.
