Job summary

State of Georgia is seeking a Simulation and Skills Lab Coordinator to lead nursing skills labs and simulation activities. You will ensure labs meet course objectives and accreditation standards while maintaining a safe learning environment.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, an active GA RN license, and experience in simulation-based instruction. Collaboration with faculty and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, unencumbered RN license eligible for GA.
• 1–3 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Experience supporting nursing skills labs or simulation-based instruction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and operation of nursing skills labs and simulations.
• Manage daily operations across campuses.
• Develop and update lab policies, safety, and procedures.
