Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an unencumbered RN license in Tennessee.
• Three years of RN clinical experience and experience teaching in an undergraduate nursing program.
• Strong teamwork, coaching, communication, and organizational skills; proficient with computers (Office Suite and Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead simulation-based learning across the undergraduate BSN program.
• Operate high-fidelity manikins, task trainers, and audiovisual systems in the simulation lab.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty to align simulations with course objectives and accreditation standards.
• Conduct pre-briefing and debriefing following INACSL standards; support data collection for accreditation and program evaluation.
• Maintain simulation lab readiness, ordering, cataloging, equipment maintenance, and student documentation.
