Onyx Health Consulting is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and daily activities across assigned shifts in a Florida facility. You will ensure care delivery aligns with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality resident care.

The role requires strong clinical nursing experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with other departments to sustain a comprehensive care plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One-year management experience preferred.
• Geriatrics and subacute population experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and nursing staff performance.
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to identify problem areas and improve services.
• Identify problems in care delivery and implement corrective action immediately.
• Make written and oral reports to the Director of Nursing as necessary.
• Supervise coordination of nursing services with other resident services for total care.
• Involves reviewing and updating care plans and safety procedures.
