Job summary

Onyx Nursing & Rehab seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to coordinate total resident care across nursing units. The role requires advanced nursing training and supervisory experience in long-term care, with administrative skills and initiative.

You will conduct rounds, oversee care plans, supervise staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement activities. We offer competitive pay up to $55/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current registration with state nursing board.

Responsibilities

• Verifies daily staffing and redistribution.
• Collaborates with charge nurses to exchange information about resident care.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident condition, especially for critically ill.
• Ensure care plans are followed for each resident.
• Perform medication passes as needed.
• Participate in resident care committee meetings.
• Reinforce training and orientation of nursing staff.
