Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (Registered Nurse) to oversee daily operations in the Laconia/Franklin area and to respond to clinical and organizational emergencies. You will support delivery of high‑quality patient care and professional nursing practice while serving as on‑site leader during evenings, nights, and weekends.

The role requires a BSN preferred, NH licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and at least 3 years of acute care experience with supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited college/university preferred or commensurate education and experience.
• Current NH license to practice.
• Certification: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association).
• MOAB is required within 1 year.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with multidisciplinary staff and function as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision and coordination of operations for hospital and patient care areas.
• Respond to clinical and organizational emergency situations.
• Support and assist in delivering quality patient care and professional nursing practice.
• Serve as on-site leadership during evenings, nights, and weekends; act as Incident Command during emergencies.
• Develop staffing plans and bed management to optimize capacity.
• Guide nursing care using critical thinking to promote quality outcomes.
• Communicate incidents to management in a timely fashion and participate in organizational change initiatives.
