Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Hampshire (or compact license).
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required (TNCC within six months).
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of three years acute clinical experience; critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides real-time coordination of hospital-wide staffing.
• Supports charge nurses and maintains clinical presence.
• Manages housewide patient flow: admissions, transfers, bed placement.
• Responds to escalations such as safety events and emergencies.
• Documents shift activities and handoffs for leadership review.
• Ensures compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards.
