Job summary

Sevita is seeking a skilled RN Nursing Supervisor to lead a team of LPNs and RNs in Columbus, OH, overseeing medical and behavioral health services for individuals with developmental needs.

You will coordinate nursing intake, service plans, and quality assurance activities, provide clinical trainings with the Medical Director, and ensure adherence to state regulations, policies, and care standards. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working with medical and/or behaviorally complex children.
• One year supervisory experience required.
• Current state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned nursing staff and evaluates performance.
• Directs the nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitors the nursing delegation process with the Medical Director and ensures required training.
• Develops and coordinates Nursing Intake, service plans, MDS, and related meetings for nursing care of the individuals served.
