Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Supervisor, LPN/LVN to lead the LPN/LVN staff, oversee medication administration, and coordinate patient care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse.

This role requires an active LPN license, an associate degree, two years of related experience, CPR, and a valid driver's license. The supervisor will monitor care quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage scheduling and budgets.

Qualifications

• LPN license and an associate degree from a two-year college or technical school.
• Two years of related experience.
• Current LVN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises direct care staff and schedules staffing.
• Monitors health and medical conditions to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervises medication administration and maintains medication records.
• Coordinates physician orders, treatments and appointments with the RN.
• Maintains medical records, documents treatments, and updates care plans.
• Oversees budgeting and cost control for assigned areas.
