Job summary

PACS seeks a Nurse Supervisor to assist in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing services for a long-term care facility in Molalla, OR. You will participate in policy development, staff supervision, and quality assurance to ensure high standards of resident care.

The role requires a BSN (or current licensure) with active State Board standing, and 1–3 years of supervisory experience. Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Continuing education/licensing requirements must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing day-to-day nursing functions.
• Develop and update written policies and procedures governing nursing care.
• Facilitate resolution of resident care issues including family concerns.
• Ensure Nursing Service Manual and reference materials are current.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program for nursing services.
