Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of patient care provided in the clinical program.
• Apply established standards of care to insure a safe, therapeutic patient care environment.
• Act as back up to charge nurse ensuring communication with admissions regarding discharges and coordination of admissions.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other levels of care to facilitate appropriate referrals between programs.
• Promote department services by giving internal and external presentations about the department in conjunction with Marketing.
• Communicate with medical staff to promote positive relations and to provide quality services.
