Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Nursing Services Manager to lead the Nursing Services department, ensuring safe, therapeutic patient care and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate admissions/discharges, supervise staff, and drive program development in collaboration with the medical directors and department managers.

The role requires a Wisconsin RN license with 2–4 years of nursing leadership, preferably with mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Formal management training and knowledge of ROS are advantageous.
• Clinical experience in mental health or chemical dependency settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Nursing Services department to ensure safe, therapeutic patient care.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and interdepartment communication with hospital staff.
• Lead program development, budgeting, and compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations.
• Provide staff development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary guidance.
• Collaborate with medical and other departments to optimize referrals and service delivery.
• Promote patient advocacy and outcomes measurement via ROS data and surveys.
