Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Nursing Services Manager in Wisconsin to coordinate the Nursing Services department and lead development of the clinical program. The role ensures a safe, therapeutic patient care environment and 24/7 management of nursing functions, including staffing, performance improvement, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities include direct service as needed, coordinating admissions, and advocating for patient rights while maintaining compliance with Joint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN license in Wisconsin required and in good standing.
• Minimum 2–4 years nursing experience; Supervisory/management experience strongly preferred.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or Red Cross Professional Rescue certification required within 30 days of hire; annual re-certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Nursing Services department and lead development of clinical program aspects.
• Ensure safe, therapeutic patient care environment and assess staff performance.
• Act as back-up to charge nurse, manage admissions coordination and daily rounds.
• Promote department services and communicate with medical staff to maintain high-quality care.
• Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations.
