Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the nursing service department in a long-term care facility.

The role requires an BSN, active state licensure, and 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with strong emphasis on policy adherence, quality assurance, and staff development. On-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active state nursing license and good standing.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing day-to-day nursing services.
• Maintain current policies and procedures for nursing staff.
• Oversee care plans, MDS/RAPs, and related scheduling activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and the facility's quality assurance program.
• Provide health education to patients and families.
• Assist in budget planning for nursing services.
