Job summary

PACS is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to aid the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, and directing the day‑to‑day functions of the nursing service department within a long‑term care facility.

The role involves ensuring current policies, procedures, and reference materials, maintaining quality assurance, and performing administrative duties to support resident care. Strong supervision and regulatory compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education/licensing.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing and directing daily nursing functions.
• Participate in developing, updating policies and procedures governing nursing care.
• Ensure nursing plans are executed and aligned with regulatory standards.
