Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL seeks a Nursing Leader to drive clinical excellence. 100% FTE, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with on‑call coverage; location at 1401 E State St.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and IL RN license with BLS/CPR; nursing leadership experience is required. Master’s in Nursing or Health Care Administration is preferred. The system offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, call coverage for departmental needs during off shift hours. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
