Job summary

Pinnacle Living in Williamsburg, VA seeks an experienced RN to assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services, oversee clinical operations, and supervise Nursing Supervisors. The role includes acting as Director of Nursing in the absence of the Director and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

This full-time, on-site position requires a Virginia RN license, CPR/AED certification, and 5+ years of licensed nursing experience with supervisory background preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with diploma or degree.
• Licensed RN in Virginia with CPR/AED certification.
• 5+ years of licensed nursing experience; 3+ years supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing Nursing Services.
• Oversee clinical operations and supervise Nursing Supervisors.
• Act as Director of Nursing in their absence.
• Review and revise policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing team.
• Participate in QA and Process Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
