Job summary

WindsorMeade Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VA seeks a Nurse Manager to assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services and to supervise Nursing Supervisors. This full-time role operates 8:00am - 4:30pm with on-call holidays and some weekends.

The position oversees the clinical operation of Nursing Services, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, participates in QAPI, and supports budgeting and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Virginia with a valid license.
• Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/AED certification with current status.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing in managing nursing services.
• Oversee clinical operation of Nursing Service.
• Supervise Nursing Supervisors.
• Act as Acting Director of Nursing in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in QAPI and process improvement.
• Attend meetings and review applicant medical information.
