Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse with supervisory/management experience.
Licensed as a RN in the State of Virginia, in good standing.
CPR/First Aid Certified.
Long term care experience required; acute care preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and coordination for the Health Center areas.
Develop, organize, and evaluate interdisciplinary processes.
Communicate nursing standards and accountability measures.
Analyze monthly statistical and budget variance reports.
Serve on the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee.
Skills
Strong clinical and assessment skills

Ability to deal tactfully with various stakeholders

Education
