Job summary

Spokane Falls Care, a Caldera Care facility in Spokane, WA, is seeking an ADON/IP to lead nursing programs and oversee infection control. Under the DON, you will supervise staff, participate in resident care planning, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license without any enforcement action against it.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the DON, assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs.
• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention.
• Primary staff development/educator.
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff follow their duties and redirect as necessary.
• Ensure nursing stations are organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately.
• Participate in development and implementation of resident-specific care plans.
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON.
