Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an Administrative Nursing Leader to advocate for efficient, safe, and compassionate care while aligning with standards of practice. You will support personnel management, budget, and strategic planning within the unit.

Responsibilities include leading PI initiatives, staff evaluations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A BSN is preferred and Kentucky RN licensure is required; BLS certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in clinical nursing practice.
• 1 year in leadership or charge role preferred.
• BSN strongly preferred; RN licensure in Kentucky required or obtainable.
• Current BLS certification and active nursing license are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI Plan initiatives with the Clinical Manager.
• Provide staff evaluations, feedback, and counseling.
• Support staff onboarding and orientation; ensure unit educator involvement.
• Participate in leadership and staff meetings; promote staff engagement.
• Collaborate to meet patient satisfaction targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
