Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to support and manage Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physicians' orders and regulatory standards.

In partnership with the Director of Nursing, you will provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality care. Extremely qualified candidates may be considered for a Director of Nursing position across facilities.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as RN in the state practiced.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates plans for the total care of each resident per physician orders and regulations.
• Communicates and interprets policies to nursing staff and monitors practices.
• Participates in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents.
• Participates in management meetings to discuss resident status and census changes.
• Ensures delivery of compassionate care with adequate staffing, cleanliness and safety.
• Other duties may change or be assigned.
