Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practicing.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care plans for each resident in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practice.
• Participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents.
• Attend management team meetings to discuss resident status and concerns.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
