Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks an experienced Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for efficient nursing care and resource allocation. You will support administration in personnel, budget, and strategic planning while promoting professional autonomy and shared decision-making.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care delivery across the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years in clinical nursing practice; one year in leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of performance improvement, JCAHO standards and organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI Plan initiatives with Clinical Manager.
• Collaborate on staffing, budget, and patient care delivery.
• Provide feedback, counseling and performance evaluations for staff.
• Ensure staff competency and unit educator oversight.
• Participate in leadership meetings and hospital councils.
