The role supports Chief Nurse(s) Nursing Services through administration, HR, budget and finance, management analysis, and document control. Duties include coordinating recruitment, preparing budget projections, overseeing records and mail, and ensuring survey readiness with accreditation bodies.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 in the Federal Service.
• Master's degree or two years of progressively higher graduate education leading to such a degree or LLB/JD if related.
• Equivalent combinations of graduate education and experience as described above with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall administrative management of the organization.
• Interpret administrative policies and develop local policies.
• Oversee administrative programs including mail distribution, records management, and publications.
• Coordinate Nurse Recruitment and Human Resources for nursing personnel recruitment.
• Prepare budget projections and cost data for nursing operations.
• Ensure survey-readiness and compliance with accreditation bodies such as The Joint Commission and OIG.
