Job summary

You will use the electronic scheduling system to forecast daily needs, adjust assignments, and prepare payroll-related reports for the Nursing Administration department. Two years of related healthcare office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related experience; supervisory experience in healthcare office setting preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling and timekeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operations in assigned department(s).
• Gathers data and maintains departmental reports and staffing plans.
• Manages timekeeping, PTO requests, and attendance calendars.
• Communicates staffing changes to managers and staff.
• Assists with electronic scheduling system development and maintenance.
