Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Nursing Scheduler / Central Supply Clerk to join our Reading, PA facility. This role maintains nursing staff schedules, tracks attendance, and coordinates inventory of nursing supplies to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has prior scheduling or supply clerk experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous nursing scheduler or supply clerk experience required.
• Computer experience required.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update nursing staff schedules.
• Track attendance, call-offs, and productive and non-productive hours.
• Prepare and provide staffing and attendance reports to management.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and staffing records.
• Monitor inventory levels of nursing supplies.
• Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory.
• Organize and maintain the central supply area.
• Communicate with nursing leadership and other departments regarding staffing and supply needs.
• Ensure supplies are available and properly distributed throughout the facility.
