Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center in Paris, Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator (LPN) to join our nursing team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining staff schedules, coordinating replacements, and ensuring adequate coverage for a high-quality long-term care environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has experience with staff scheduling, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience with staff scheduling is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, post, and maintain staff schedule for facility nursing department
• Monitor daily staffing levels and adjust to ensure coverage
• Coordinate replacement staff for call-offs, vacations, and leaves
• Communicate staffing updates with department managers and facility leaders
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance and staffing changes
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
• Support leadership with staffing information and workforce planning
• Manage the facility central supply ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked
