Job summary

Atrium Centers in Ohio is seeking a Nurse Scheduler (CNA) to coordinate monthly nursing schedules, manage call-offs, and provide hands‑on care when needed. You will maintain daily staffing sheets, assist residents with activities of daily living, follow infection control procedures, and document vitals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules.

• Practice infection control and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation and vitals.
• Uphold residents' rights and report violations.
• Support teamwork between nursing and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules, including managing call-offs and coverage

• Prepare and update daily staffing sheets to ensure proper coverage

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety

• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures

• Accurately complete required documentation and record-keeping, including vitals

• Uphold resident dignity and immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights

• Support teamwork between nursing staff and leadership to maintain smooth operations
