Atrium Centers Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Nurse Scheduler (CNA) to support both residents and staff. This role involves developing nursing schedules, providing hands-on care, and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.

As a key team member, you will coordinate schedules while assisting residents with personal care. The position promotes a supportive environment built on compassion and teamwork, making every employee's contribution valuable.

Formación

• Completed CNA course and active state certification/license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules, including managing call-offs and coverage

• Prepare and update daily staffing sheets to ensure proper coverage

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety

• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures

• Accurately complete required documentation and record-keeping, including vitals

• Uphold resident dignity and immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights

• Support teamwork between nursing staff and leadership to maintain smooth operations
