Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the facility’s risk management program.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports data on patient injuries and incidents.
• Educates leadership and staff on risk management responsibilities and procedures.
• Leads committees related to risk management, safety, and quality improvement.
