The role requires strong critical care knowledge, excellent teamwork, and ability to document accurately in the EMR while providing compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Florida (or eligible) in good standing.
• Experience in critical care or high-acuity units preferred.
• Proficient with EMR documentation and patient safety protocols.
• Ability to lead/mentor staff and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and counseling.
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated care.
• Document care accurately in EMR and ensure compliance.
