Qualifications

• RN license required and current Florida license or eligibility.
• Associate's degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to document clearly in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather health data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Document care activities accurately in the EMR.
