You will manage end-to-end recruitment, communicate compelling compensation details, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client standards and timely pay. Start date: January 11, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals nationwide.
• Manage sourcing, screening, and hiring processes across the US.
• Meet or exceed performance targets on multiple cadences (daily to quarterly).
• Build robust candidate pipelines via cold calls, leads, social media, and referrals.
• Guide candidates through pre-employment tasks, interviews, and onboarding.
• Verify licenses, experience, and education against job requirements.
• Explain compensation packages and travel career benefits.
• Collaborate with compliance and payroll for timely compensation.
• Partner with Sales/Account Management for new client opportunities.
• Participate in training, meetings, and team activities.
• Contribute to Team Triage culture of excellence.
