Job summary

ChristianaCare in Wilmington, DE seeks a part-time PI Program Manager to lead performance improvement initiatives within Nursing Quality & Safety. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders to use data and change management to deliver measurable outcomes, advancing patient care and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing background, Delaware RN licensure eligibility, and 3+ years in healthcare quality or related areas, with preferred Lean Six Sigma and PM credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required; Delaware RN licensure eligible.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in healthcare.
• Lean Six Sigma/PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement, patient safety, and quality initiatives across the organization.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA and other methodologies to improve outcomes.
• Use RCA, Fishbone, FMEA, VSM, and 5 Whys to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to measure outcomes and support decisions.
• Design and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports for stakeholders.
