The role supports the quality plan, educates stakeholders, and prepares essential reports for monthly, quarterly, and board updates.

The position emphasizes maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinating surveys, and contributing to new policy development through active committee participation.

Qualifications

• Proficient data analysis and interpretation for improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present mandatory regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate PI projects organization-wide across departments.
• Maintain and update the quality plan to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide updates to Board Members and stakeholders on quality metrics.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
• Maintain ongoing education relevant to the role and regulations.
• Educate QI committee members, department leaders, providers, and new hires.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and report building for quality initiatives.
• Ensure mandatory reporting per state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate PI projects organization-wide across departments.
• Maintain and update the quality plan to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide updates to Board Members and stakeholders on progress.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
• Maintain continued education relevant to the role and regulations.
• Provide education to QI committee members, department leaders, providers, and new hires.
• Assist with survey preparation and action planning.
• Maintain records of PI activities, action plan results, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Assist in developing new policies and procedures.
• Serve as an active member on the Compliance and Safety Committee.
