Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a Nursing Quality Indicator Nurse for the Cancer and Blood Disorders Center. This 0.8FTE position focuses on evidence-based nursing care, leading quality improvement projects, and developing staff through education and rounds with the CNS team.

The role collaborates with the CNS Team and hospital leadership to promote high standards, support program development, and advance patient care outcomes across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Minimum of three (3) years RN experience.
• Current Washington State or Multistate (MSL) RN license.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, high-quality evidence-based nursing care for the assigned patient population.
• Lead or support projects to improve delivery of care by developing nursing staff skills and ensuring nursing practice standards are evidence-based.
• Provide education, program development, and rounds with clinical nurses to promote nursing practice standards.
