The Waterford at Plymouth is a Sonida Senior Living community seeking a Medication Aide. You will administer medications as prescribed, assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility, and monitor residents’ well‑being in a supportive team environment.

Paid training is provided and eligibility for benefits applies. This role contributes to safe, compassionate care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings in Plymouth, WI.

Responsabilités

• Setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration; may supervise CNAs as directed
• Maintaining residents' personal hygiene: bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, shaves; assist with bathroom travel and showers
• Assisting with activities of daily living: serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning; providing water and nourishment
• Monitoring patient stability: checking vital signs and weight, testing urine, recording intake/output

Medication Aide Responsibilities Include

• You will be responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed
• Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths
• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
• Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information

Paid Training

• Paid training for Medication Administration class and will be put on Wisconsin CBRF Registry
