The Waterford at Plymouth is a Sonida Senior Living community in Plymouth, WI. This role involves setting up and administering medications per physician orders and supervising CNAs as needed, along with providing essential patient care and daily living activities.

You will assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and vital signs, ensuring comfort and safety for residents. Paid training for Medication Administration is provided, with Wisconsin CBRF Registry eligibility.

Qualifications

• Paid training for Medication Administration class and Wisconsin CBRF Registry.
• Eligibility based on employment status and location where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration; may supervise CNAs as directed.
• Provide for patients' personal hygiene by assisting with bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with travel to the bathroom; help with showers and baths.
• Assist with activities of daily living by helping with meals, feeding as necessary; help with ambulation, turning, and positioning; provide water and nourishment between meals.
• Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; test urine; record intake and output.
