Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. seeks a Nursing Operations Coordinator II to provide administrative support to a nursing department and coordinate projects and programs.

You will assist with development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of initiatives and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and educational activities. The role requires strong communication, data collection and reporting skills, and the ability to work in a team to support department budgets and program activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with four (4) years experience OR Associate Degree with ten plus (10+) years commensurate experience required.
• Four (4) years advanced secretarial or two to three (2-3) years in office management position; work history in medical/educational related environment preferred. Program/project management experience preferred.
• Equipment Operated: Various office equipment: fax machines, computers, printers, copiers, scanners, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the nursing department and coordinate projects/programs.
• Assist with development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, educational activities, and other related events; develop and disseminate program materials; support data collection and reporting.
