Job summary

ECPI University is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for the ADN Program at our Manassas, VA campus. This full-time, on-site leadership role will administer, plan, implement and evaluate the ADN program while supporting faculty mentors and coordinating clinical activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing, Virginia RN license, and several years of nursing and management experience, with strong communication and teaching abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from ACEN/CCNE accredited program.
• Current Virginia RN license.
• Two years management experience preferred.
• Five years nursing experience in a specialty setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills.
• Prior teaching or academic leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration, planning, implementation and evaluation of the ADN program.
• Assist leading ADN Nursing faculty and support hands-on instruction.
• Develop and implement faculty orientation and mentoring.
• Coordinate program communications between administration, faculty, and students.
