Job summary

Arkansas State University-Beebe is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to provide academic leadership and administrative support for the LPN, RN, and PCT programs across multiple campuses and online learning environments.

The role includes teaching a half-time instructional load, coordinating curriculum delivery, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance, and supporting student success through advising and program assessment.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
Current unencumbered RN license (or eligibility for licensure in the state).
Minimum 3–4 years of clinical nursing experience.
Prior teaching experience in nursing education.
Knowledge of nursing accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Academic Leadership and Program Support: assist administration of LPN, RN, PCT programs and curriculum delivery.
Faculty Support and Supervision: mentor nursing faculty and support professional development.
Clinical Education Coordination: cultivate clinical partnerships and oversee student placements.
Teaching Responsibilities: teach half-load nursing courses across formats.
Student Support: assist with recruitment, advising, and progression initiatives.
Program Assessment and Compliance: help with accreditation prep and reporting.
